Absolutely love my new AD/thermal pro fusion hoodie! It's exactly what I hoped it would be - something that adds some comfort/coziness over pure AD, adds some wind protection without another layer, but retains the magic of AD that keeps it light and breathable. Nailed it on all fronts! Large is definitely large (might have been ok with a medium instead), but not in any problematic way. Looking forward to seeing what new things you come up with!

Speaking of clothing, in today's highly industrialized world, it's very satisfying to see Justin create such successful niche products by hand. This garment is impeccably designed. As an Asian male standing at 5'10" and weighing 135 lb, opting for size S fits me perfectly. The sleeve length and overall fit are just right, which is quite rare. The material of Alpha Direct 90 is a well-balanced choice for outdoor wear, providing excellent insulation despite its lightweight. The vibrant color scheme and personalized touch enhance its fashion appeal. For me, it's a garment I can't get enough of.
Additionally, Justin is incredibly attentive. He promptly responds to emails and addresses any concerns you may have. I hope he continues to create even better products.
The proof will be when I am on the PCT in April but the hoodie arrived within the time frame promised. Fit is great. It is light weight and not to be used as an out layer without some protection . Looking forward to using this on the trail.
I actually picked up a FarPointe hoodie a couple weeks ago, which is perfectly fine. This one is just nicer with the snaps, shock cords, and the elastic in the wrists. I will definitely keep my eye open for future offerings!

My first alpha direct product, and I’m completely satisfied. I gave my specifications (I’m tall and lean) for the custom hoodie, and it fits perfectly. The garment seems to be more durable than I expected. I think I’m going to wear it in everyday life, and on the trail!
This hoody is surprisingly warm compared to how light it is! Love the collar design! I went to Amicalola this past weekend for AT Gateways. Wore my new hoody and did a little hiking up Springer. Definitely my new favorite hiking hoody!
