We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (according to the tracking) to request a return.

Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th are eligible for an extended return window. You’ll have 30 days from December 25th to request a return, giving you extra time for holiday gifting and exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@bttgearco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you through an approval, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Custom items may be eligible for return with a restocking fee. Please reach out at Sales@BTTGearco.com to see if your item is eligible.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item, whether that is before or after we have received the return back.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
