At Beyond the Trailhead Gear Co., we stand by the craftsmanship of every product we make. Our Beyond and Back Guarantee ensures your gear is free from defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. While ultralight gear is designed for performance and weight savings, it requires mindful care during use. Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by conditions outside of intended use may not qualify for coverage.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear over time.

• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidental incidents outside of standard backpacking conditions.

How We Make It Right

1. Repair First: Whenever possible, we will repair your item to extend its life.

2. Replacement: If repair isn’t feasible, we’ll replace the item with the same style and size. If your original color isn’t available, we’ll offer a selection of available colors to choose from.

3. In-Store Credit: In the rare case we’re unable to repair or replace the product, we’ll issue an in-store credit for the original purchase price.

Shipping Details

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for evaluation.

• Once repaired or replaced, we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to you.
